It's a quiet area of town but feel like the homes are just a bit to close to one another.
The facility is run down and the owner has had the same manager for many years. The manager doesn't listen to the tenants and the owner Paul doesn't do anything about the problem with this man. The manager Mike doesn't listen to his tenants and never rent land for a trailer here. He favors people in this park which is not right. The tenants are afraid to speak up to him since he will throw you right out. The owner Paul should have the balls to do something about the problem but is just concerned about the money that comes in.
