Staff is nice and the place seems big enough to accumulate many birthday parties at once.
Kids have fun jumping around. Well lit and spacious. Clean too.
It’s too loud on busy days. Bring ear plugs. But the kids have fun and get their ya yas out.
We go every week. Son gets to run around and I get a mini-workout.
I went here with my son and his friends, I would rather drive 40 minutes from Nh ,(where we live)then 10 minutes to Skyzone! I will never go to the other place! Altitude was clean, the staff were very kind, and the kids had a blast ! We went at a good time. We stayed for an hour and on the drive home they barely said anything except how Awesome Altitude was and how tired they were ! They also don't make a fuss over socks !!! They do require good skid resistant socks but you are not required to only use theirs unlike the other place!!

This was our third time at Altitude. The first two times we were there for birthday parties. They have two party rooms, which are given exclusivity for your party, and they also have the option of tables that can be set up for your party, overlooking the park. As much as kids love bouncing/jumping, this time mine fell in love with the the Beam Battle and the Rock Wall. They also played Dogde ball for a while and didn’t even bother going to the basketball area, going right back to the Rock wall. It’s an hour of intense fun and this place have plenty of options of areas to play. They charged by half hour, hourly and the biggest advantage for our family was to get the $60 pass, which allows us 6hrs of fun. They also have a $90 pass, but I didn’t pay attention for how many hours that’s good for. First timers need to fill out a waiver, so prepare to go 15-20mins in advance. Also important: kids have to wear their specially made anti-slip socks ($2/pair). You can bring those back any time you revisit, so keep that in mind so you don’t have to keep buying them. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located in a plaza where there’s also a supermarket. This quickly became a favorite place for our kids and we’ll be returning. So far all we had was good experiences!
