They were very helpful and cheaper than any of the other places around. When i forgot my password they always gave me a new card or had the gate open as i got up to it and when i forgot my lock they lent me one for a couple of hours until i could get back with mine. The person i interacted with I think the general Manager Jim was very pleasant and nice to work with. The facility was exceptionally clean, I would defiantly rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
Fantastic experience. Toured the unit and was fully rented in a day. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Prices are comparable to nearby storage facilities and the grounds are clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you need to store things around Billerica!

A nice facility with awesome staff. I showed up 10 min before they closed and explain my situation and how I had to get a storage unit that day. The manager there stayed 30 min past closing to make sure I got one. The cleanest safest and most affordable storage around
