first time to the store but very bad experience i had faced , worst recieving from the employee with a lot and lot of hesitation.I just left the store without having my hair cut because i was scared that the employee may completly ruin my hair style with her frustration.
I went there twice within the past 3 months or so and the barbers are fighting (supposedly because I didn't quite understand what they were talking about) or maybe just talking out loud. Harcut was not bad and thus one more stars (1+1). Please be little considerate towards your patrons.
My family and I have been coming to Great Clips for 5+ years. I always see Yvonne. She is awesome. If she is out we will wait until she is back, we wont see anyone else.
Kristen was my stylist, she is fantastic. I have had many people complement me on my new hairstyle. Best cut I have ever had.
no concept of what customer service means !! twice ,this happen to me...show up for haircut 8:50pm they say "sorry" we close at 9 !! ..Market Basket closes at 9 also ,you know when they lock the door and finish with paying customers 9 !! not kick people out 10 of 9 because it might run past 9 pm...Any food service doesn't tell you sorry what you order takes to long to cook ,we close at 9 !!! TWICE this happen..any business owners I know would take care of any paying customer even if they should up 1 minute b4 closing !! that's why they are in business.
